some people have a voice that you just recognize instantly -- in their writing, in their art, in song -- unmistakable and original. i have felt that way for a while as i've come across 5eizen's work and finally visited her shop -- there's just something about her style.

she's also the first person i've come across who will take your inspiration board (or crib one from snippet&ink!) and come up with custom items to match... keep an eye on her store. the prices are (crazy) reasonable, and she's adding more weddingy things (invitations!) soon.

some days, etsy makes it easy: i bring up the site, and *this* is featured on the front page. i had seen the other moss cushion (also pictured below), and wasn't quite sure what to make of it, but this takes the prize.

is it crazy? do you like the idea? all i know is it's different, and i love this color green. parsons-educated easteryu works at the intersection of paper and flowers -- "a graphic/floral design hybrid" -- see also the cute save the dates below. keep an eye on this brand new store!

caroline of palomasnest wrote to say she'd been inspired by all the bridal attention to put together something new since her feature -- check it out!
top left, a ring-bearer bowl, with your customized text. after the ceremony you could use the string to hang the bowl on the wall as a sweet little reminder... worth an update in my book.

(not a bad thought -- from time to time, to revisit sellers from a while back and see what new ideas they're cooking up.)

san diego-based reggieanna makes lovely, simple, and *reasonably priced* ring pillows. she has a lovely selection of 7"x7" pillows in basic colors, and also does custom work. i could see the ones with a wide 'sash' bow even working as an accent pillow on your future married-life sofa -- so you could say they're *eco-friendly* and reusable. (i'm not selling that one, am i? :)
